After a really frustrating experience trying to navigate the Zurich portal and start my claim, I was connected with Desiree Burr at Square One, and she completely turned everything around. Desiree was warm, patient, and incredibly effective. She walked me through every step, connected me with the right agent to process my claim, and even called me back afterward to make sure I was properly connected and that everything went smoothly. I was shopping around for insurance as a first time buyer, and I was being quoted $390-420 by 4 different places I had called. I called into Square One Insurance and connected with La-Raeb Baloch. She is the only insurance agent you need in your life moving forward. I explained to her my situation, and that I was looking to pickup my vehicle today so same day insurance was needed. Not only did she go above and beyond to get everything I needed done on time, but she was able to get me a deal that was $100 less than the other places that quoted me, with no nonsense. 10/10 amazing experience! What great service all around. Just call them and ask for her.
